Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1⁄2 cup frozen berries

  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds (such as sunflower, linseeds, pumpkin, or LSA)

  • 1⁄2 cup GF granola, or muesli (see protein muesli mix recipe on page 14)

  • 1 banana (mango, stewed fruit or other fresh fruit of choice can also be used)

  • 1⁄4 cup coconut (shredded or flaked)

Method

  1. Blend or roughly mix the frozen berries with coconut yoghurt.

  2. Pour the yoghurt mixture into a wide bowl.

  3. Sprinkle half the bowl with mixed seeds, gluten free granola and / or muesli.

  4. Placed sliced banana or fruit selection over the other side of the bowl.

  5. Sprinkle with shredded or flaked coconut.
