Linda Spirou

Naturopath, Herbalist, Microbiome Specialist

Linda is a degree qualified naturopath and specialist with gut health issues, SIBO, dysbiosis and microbiome imbalance. She is passionate about educating clients on how to use diet and naturopathic medicine to restore a thriving microbiome for the benefit of the whole body. Linda is a highly motivated practitioner, continually engaging in further studies and recent research.

Linda works with clients experiencing ongoing digestive issues such as bloating, irregular bowel habits, SIBO, and microbiome imbalances. She uses microbiome testing to gain a clear picture of each client’s gut health, then applies targeted prebiotics and personalised dietary strategies to restore balance and build long-term resilience.

Her approach blends thorough investigation with practical, evidence-based care. Each plan is tailored to be realistic and sustainable, avoiding extremes while still creating meaningful results.

When the microbiome is restored, clients often notice benefits far beyond digestion — including improved energy, mood, skin health, and food tolerance. Linda’s role is to guide that process step-by-step, helping people feel confident and supported at every stage of their gut health journey
