No, a referral is not necessary, you can book a consultation or have testing done without a referral. If however you have a health care practitioner and would like results to be forwarded to them you can request this at the time of testing.

The initial consultation involves a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, dietary habits, lifestyle, and health goals. We can review any previous blood or functional testing you have had done if appropriate. We will then work with you to create a personalised and tailored plan.

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the appointment fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows incur the full fee.
