I’m often asked, “What are the low carb fruits and vegetables?” Or “Can I eat fruit if I’m reducing carbs”. The answer is yes. All fruits and vegetables can be enjoyed alongside wholefood carbs such as oats, rice, quinoa, millet, legumes and nuts and seeds on a healthy balanced diet. Reducing refined carbs and sugars is really the key important change to make. This can be done by returning to a really fresh, wholefood diet.
