All fruits and vegetables can be enjoyed alongside wholefood carbs such as oats, rice, quinoa, millet, legumes and nuts and seeds on a healthy balanced diet. Reducing refined carbs and sugars is really the key important change to make. This can be done by returning to a really fresh, wholefood diet.
