Ingredients
2 cups quinoa (puffed)
2 cups raisins
1 cup almonds
(slivered)
2 cups millet (gluten free grain) (puffed) 2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 cups macadamia nuts (chopped raw) 1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons cinnamon (ground)
2 cups desiccated coconut
(preservative free)
2 tablespoons honey
1⁄2 cup oil (olive, coconut or ghee)
Method

- Preheat oven to 140C / 275F
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a small sauce-pan melt the honey over low heat until simmering, Add the oil. Pour oil and honey mixture over dry ingredients and mix well, making sure everything is well coated.
- Spread evenly over a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes then give a stir and roast a further 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container
