Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch stevia powder (or to taste)
1/4 cup nut butter
(eg. almond, cashew, peanut) 2 tbs chopped walnuts
1/2 punnet raspberries
Few sprigs of fresh mint
Method
2 Servings
10 Minutes Total Time
- in a large bowl, mix the chia seeds, milk, vanilla and sweetener together. Divide into 2 bowls. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour. This can also be left overnight if preferred.
- To serve, top with nut butter, chopped walnuts, raspberries and mint.
- Eat one portion immediately and save the sec-ond portion for dessert on Day 5).
