Ingredients
1 cup coconut yoghurt
1⁄2 cup frozen berries
1 tablespoon mixed seeds (such as sunflower, linseeds, pumpkin, or LSA)
1⁄2 cup GF granola, or muesli (see protein muesli mix recipe on page 14)
1 banana (mango, stewed fruit or other fresh fruit of choice can also be used)
1⁄4 cup coconut (shredded or flaked)

- Blend or roughly mix the frozen berries with coconut yoghurt. Pour the yoghurt mixture into a wide bowl.
- Sprinkle half the bowl with mixed seeds, gluten free granola and / or muesli. Placed sliced banana or fruit selection over the other side of the bowl. Sprinkle with shredded or flaked coconut.
