Berry Quinoa Porridge
2 cups of berries (fresh or frozen) 2 cups water
2 cups quinoa (rinsed)
1 stick of cinnamon
2 teaspoon psyllium husks
20 Minutes Total Time
- Add the berries to the water and puree. This mixture can be strained through a sieve if you prefer, or left as is.
- Add the quinoa and the cinnamon stick to the pan with the berry puree. Simmer at a low heat, stirring occasionally ,until all the liquid is absorbed.
- To serve, remove the cinnamon stick and stir in the psyllium husks.
