Ingredients

1 avocado
225 grams chickpeas (drained ) ½ lemon (juiced)
200 grams kale (fresh)

Method

5 Minutes Total Time

  1. Place the avocado flesh in the bowl of the processor with the lemon juice and chickpeas and process until you have a smooth paste.
  2. Place the kale in a steamer and steam for 1-2 minutes until just wilted. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Drain, the squeeze the kale with you hand or the back of a spoon to remove any excess liquid.
  3. Add the kale to the avocado and chickpeas and process for a few seconds to combine. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
