About Us

Sandra Tenge is the Founder of Pure Wellness Centre and Allergy Testing and Food Intolerance. Sandra leads a team with over 25 years’ experience working with gut health, food intolerance, allergies, sensitivities and the gut-brain connection.

We offer a comprehensive approach to identifying and managing food allergies and intolerances, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), SIBO, dysbiosis, gut conditions and anxiety by supporting the gut-brain connection and restoring the microbiome.

We provide food intolerance and gut microbiome testing alongside other functional medicine testing to identify functional gut issues and offer natural treatment options delivered through 1-on-1 consultations, group trainings and online courses.
